Core Working Principle

1. Aeration Oxidation
   Natural aeration forces dissolved ferrous iron and divalent manganese in raw water to oxidize into insoluble ferric oxide and manganese dioxide particles.
2. Multimedia Filtration
   Specialized filter media (manganese sand, quartz sand, activated carbon) intercepts and adsorbs oxidized iron and manganese precipitates.
3. Automatic Backwashing
   Built-in automatic backwash system periodically cleans the filter layer to avoid clogging, maintain long-term stable operation, and extend service life without frequent manual maintenance.
