The standard process flow for an enterprise-level Anhui Xinke integrated system relies on highly automated steps:
1.Automated Container Feeding & Blow Molding:
PET preforms pass through infrared heating tunnels and are formed into stable bottles via a multi-cavity PET bottle blow molding machine running high-pressure air recovery systems. Glass bottles or aluminum cans are fed via automated de-palletizers directly onto sanitary air conveyors.
2.Sanitary Rinsing & Sterilization:
Empty containers enter the rotary rinsing section. Containers are gripped by stainless steel grippers, inverted 180 degrees, and cleared of airborne particulate matter using sterile water or ionized air blasts.
3.Monoblock Isobaric or Gravity Filling:
Using advanced 3-in-1 monoblock rinsing-filling-capping technology, the product is transferred into the container. Flow-meter or mechanical filling valves guarantee exact fluid volume dosing down to the milliliter without product spillage.
4.Hermetic Capping, Seaming, or Corking:
Containers move instantly to the capping turret. Screw caps, crown corks, or aluminum can lids are applied with precise torque control to create a perfect hermetic seal, trapping carbonation and blocking contaminants.
5.End-of-Line Labeling & Secondary Packaging:
Filled containers pass through optical inspection systems before moving to high-speed labeling units (Hot-melt OPP, sleeve shrink, or self-adhesive labels). Finally, an automatic shrink-wrapping machine pack them into film bundles or corrugated boxes ready for palletizing.
